Study of phase equilibria in alloys of Cu-Zn-Sn and Cu-Cr-Zr-Sn systems

Description
Phase equilibria in alloys are investigated; polythermal cross sections of state diagrams of Cu-Zr-Sn and Cu-Cr-Zr-Sn are plotted. When studying microstructures and the phase composition of alloys it was established that the following phases occur in alloys investigated: asub(Cu) - solid solution on the basis of Cu, asub(Cr) - solid solution on the basis of Cr and Cu9Zr2 chemical compound measurements of hardness and electric conductivity have shown that the increase of Zr concentration in alloys brungs about the increase in the hardness of alloys from 820-1010 MPa to 3410-3600 MPa, while specific electric resistance rises from (3.4-6.4)x10-6 Ohmxcm to (12-14.2)x10-6 OhMxcm
