General CP properties of neutrino mass eigenstates
Description
We discuss the general conditions under which neutrino mass eigenstates with opposite CP eigenvalues emerge from the most general mass matrix. Our results are derived for an arbitrary number of generations in the presence of both Dirac and Majorana mass terms, and the cases of CP violation and CP conservation are both examined
