Nuclear transition induced by low-energy unscreened electron inelastic scattering

Description
In this work, we have evaluated the unscreened electron inelastic scattering cross sections in the 1-100 keV range with a second order perturbation theory. The WKB approximation and DWBA calculations for low-energy electrons encountered show less than a 3% difference. Applications have been performed for two nuclei, namely 110Ag and 201Hg
