Die rechtliche Regelung radioaktiver Ableitungen an die Umwelt gehoert zum Kernbereich des Strahlenschutzrechts. Nach der Uebersicht ueber die internationalen Rechtsgrundlagen werden die innerstaatlichen Vorschriften einiger Laender skizziert; auf aktuelle Rechtsprobleme wird hingewiesen.
