Description

Electron accelerators of ELV-type were designed for several applications in industrial technological lines and in research laboratories. Recent ELV-type accelerators cover energy range from 0.2 MeV up to 2.5 MeV with maximum power up to 100 kW and maximum beam current up to 100 mA. Testing a new modification of the ELV-type accelerator is described briefly. (R.P.) 1 ref
