NMR studies on the mechanism of structural destabilization of the globular proteins and DNA by aliphatic alcohols

Description

The concept that the mechanism of structural destabilization of the biologically active macromolecules by typical denaturing agents should find a reflection in the NMR spectra of the denaturants themselves has been followed by proton NMR for some aliphatic alcohols in the system containing the serum albumin of DNA.
