The PRISM project at the high-intensity proton machine project

Description
PRISM is a project in Japan to make a high-intensity low-energy muon source with a narrow energy-spread and high purity[1]. In this report, we give an overview of the PRISM project, its physics applications, especially to a search for muon lepton flavor violation and its future extension toward a neutrino factory
