Power drop in a nuclear reactor during scram rod motion
Creators
Description
An analytical solution is considered of an equation for the reactor power change with time in systems with small values (K-1), where K is equal to a multiplication factor. Calculation is carried out for the case when the K excess over the stationary level acquires very high and negative values. Practically the case takes place when lowering the moderating rods during more than 0.5 s
