Divergence of opinion over the linear-quadratic model
Description
The linear-quadratic model is discussed in relation to fractionation problems in radiotherapy, with reference to the absence of a time factor, whether or not the tumour is an early-responding tissue, the accuracy of α/β ratios, the implications of the LQ model for hypofractionation. (UK)
