Description

A scheme of approximation of hadron forward scattering amplitudes at high energies by meromorphic functions of a uniformizing variable is considered. An analysis is made of experimental data on the total cross sections for hadron-proton scattering in the region Esub(lab)> or approx. 10 GeV. Within the model, values α=Re(S,O)/ImF(S,O) were calculated. (author)
