Ecological risk assessment for oil and gas objects construction

The problem on ecological safety of oil and gas deposits and oil and gas objects under construction in the regions with complex engineering-geological and natural-climatic conditions (Northern Russia and Sibirea) is considered. Possible systems of interrelated characteristics of ecological risk for the objects under construction and damage for the environmental medium are presented in form of functionals, by means whereof it is possible to obtain ecological forecast for the oil and gas objects under construction with an account of their actual construction and operational indices
