Some physical properties and point defects in Bi/sub 2-x/In/sub x/Te3 mixed crystals

Description
Studies of the optical properties (transmission and refractive index) are presented of Bi/sub 2-x/In/sub x/Te3 (x = 0 to 0.04) monocrystals. The results have been correlated with some transport parameters of the crystal (electric conductivity and Hall coefficient). From the analysis of the physical parameters point defects were evaluated, formed in the mixed crystals due to the incorporation of indium atoms into the Bi2Te3 crystal lattice
