Electronic band structure of 1T-TaSe2 in CDW phase

Description
The electronic band structure of 1T-TaSe2 in the commensurate charge density wave (CDW) state has been calculated by using an FLAPW method. We have found that 1T-TaSe2 has quasi-one-dimensional Fermi surface. The result explains well conducting property of 1T-TaX2 (X=Se, S) in the commensurate CDW phase
