Long-wavelength radio emission of solar and magnetospheric origin during proton events
Description
Data on proton events, obtained at the Prognoz-8 satellite are analyzed. It is shown that for a number of proton events a low-frequency magnetospheric radiation within the frequency range 540-114 kHz and with power of up to 10-12 - 10-11 W/m2xsxHz, the source of which is located in the auroral zone and which is observed with different time delay relative to solar events, is recorded apart from bursts of long-wave radio emission of solar origin
