Description
The differential cross sections for the photonuclear reactions 12C(γ,P0)11B and 12C(γ,n0)11C in the energy range above the giant dipole resonance are calculated using the continuum random phase approximation. In solving the continuum response function, we use a correlated source function method, which makes the numerical calculations possible. The calculated differential cross sections, including the particle-hole correlations, reproduce the experimental data, which shows that the correlations are necessary when describing the data
