O(αs) calculation of the decays b→s+γ and b→s+g

Description
We present an exact αs calculation of the Wilson coefficients associated with the dipole moment operators. We also give an estimate of the branching ratio for b→sγ. We find that higher dimensional effects are under control within 9% for B(b→sγ)=(4.3±0.37)x10-4
