The silicon microstrip tracker for the DOe upgrade
Creators
Description
The silicon microstrip tracker is a major element of the DOe detector upgrade at Fermilab. After a general overview of the silicon tracker design, results are presented for a series of detector and electronics performance studies which include beam tests and proton irradiation. Charge sharing and strip-to-strip uniformity studies using an infrared laser are also presented
