Measurements of photon-induced L x-ray fluorescence cross sections and relative intensities for Ba, Ce and Nd at 15.2, 17.8, 22.6 and 25.8 keV

Description

L x-ray fluorescence cross sections (σsub(Lα),σ sub(Lβ) and σsub(Lγ)) and relative intensities (Isub(Lβ)/Isub(Lα) and Isub(Lγ)/Isub(Lα)) have been measured for Ba, Ce and Nd at excitation energies of 15.2, 17.8, 22.6 and 25.8 keV. Reasonable agreement is obtained between the present experimental results and theoretically calculated values of L x-ray fluorescence (XRF) cross sections and relative intensities. (author)
