SOFI - a system for film data processing
Description
The paper presents a general description of the structure and operational principle of the SOFI film data processing system, designed in ITEPh on the basis of the PSP-2 scanning spot device (of NRD type) and of a control computer. The system is connected on line with the BESM-6 computer which will perform final mathematic processing of measurement data. The system is intended for processing of pictures from bubble and spark chambers
