Study on dynamic of fertilizer-nitrate in soil with different rate of nitrogen application by using 15N

Description
The content change of fertilizer-nitrate in soil with different rate of N application (75, 150, 225, 300 kgN/ha) was studied by pot experiment. The results showed that the relationship between concentration (ppm) of fertilizer-nitrate in soil and time (day) could be expressed by a regressive equation as P = a·t·ebt-a(t-41)2-b(t-41)-c', which can be used to predict the content of nitrate in soil according to nitrogen application
