Regularities of phase formation in A25X3-SmX (A5-As, Sb, Bi; X - S, Se, Te)
Description
Results of investigation of the A25X3-SmX-type systems (A5-As, Sb, Bi; X - S, Se, Te) are generalized. It is ascertained that in the systems ternary compounds SmA45X7, SmA25X4 and Sm3A45X9 are formed. The first one melts congruently, the rest-incongruently. Solid solutions on the basis of A25X3 are detected, the solubility of which increases in the series As→Sb→Bi
