What can be learnt from the new U A 4/2 data?
Description
A careful analysis of the new data of the U A 4/2 collaboration reveals that these data give an essentially large value of ρ=Re T(s,t)/I m(s,t) that does not contradict the early U A 4 experiment. There are grounds for thinking that this experiment reveals for the first time a real possibility of the existence of the spin-flip amplitude at superhigh energies in the range of small transfer momenta.
