Simulant calculation of detection sensitivity for fission target chamber

Description
The authors report how to calculate the sensitivities of Fission Target Chamber (FIC) for detecting intense pulse neutron flux with Monte Carlo method. The sensitivities of simulant calculation are in better agreement with experiment calibration
