Exploration for schedule integration of AP1000 project
Description
As the first 3rd generation nuclear power plant, the China AP1000 project is of catholic concern by the world. Not only the multi-level schedule structure need to be established, also the multi-project will be tied together to integrate the engineering, procurement, and construction as an IPS (integrated project schedule) to reflect the inter-impact through the project. In the process of the integration, the Interface Milestone could be developed between different phases in the project in purpose to tie them together to analyze the overall project. In the mean time, every single project could be calculate and analyze independently. After practice, this method can resolve the multi-project situation and also make them independent. (author)
