Description

For gamma-irradiated water in which nanoparticles such as TiO2, Al2O3 and SiO2 are dispersing, the enhancement of hydrogen generation has been investigated. The reactivity of the nanoparticles for transient species such as hydroxyl radicals and solvated electrons has been studied by a microsecond pulse radiolysis. (author)
