Copper alloy-coated carbon material, manufacturing method therefor and plasma facing material
Description
The present invention concerns a plasma facing material comprising a copper alloy-coated carbon material excellent in bondability with metals and heat conductivity. A coating layer made of a copper alloy containing titanium is formed on a carbon material. A titanium carbide is present on the boundary of the carbon material and the coating layer made of copper alloy, and the concentration of titanium in the coating layer of the copper alloy is reduced from the boundary of the carbon material to the surface of the copper alloy.
