Some peculiarities of geometry of coordination uranium polyhedra in uranyl complexes

  • 1. Kujbyshevskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ., Kuibyshev (USSR)

Description

Crystallostructural data, obtained till January 1, 1990, was used to study geometrical peculiarities of coordination polyhedra of uranium atoms in uranyl complexes (435 compounds). Distributions of U-L bond lengths and L-U-L valent angles (L -donor atom of a ligand) were investigated by the methods of mathematical statistics. The dependence of R(U-L) distance values on value of coordination number of uranium atom, the nature and coordination type of single- or quasisingle-atom ligands was studied
