Study on the methodology for the research project evaluation using the closed user group
Description
A method was proposed to evaluate a long term research project accurately, that is to utilize the Closed User Group (CUG) composed of the specialists on the project. An example study was performed to evaluate the efficiency of the research project evaluation using the CUG. As a result, we proposed several approaches to utilize the CUG for the research project evaluation
