Description
Way to obtain large YBa2Cu3O7-x crystals using spontaneous crystallization from high-temperature solution is described. Possibility to study superconducting properties by specimen thickness using contact-fue method of measurement of their electric conductivity within 20-300 K temperature range at layer-by-layer etching, is shown. Superconducting properties are homogeneous by thickness of the studied specimens. Crystals have the surface layer formed during growth and at annealing. This layer has higher value of diamagnetic screening
