Automatic translation: April 2010 marks 24 years since the Chernobyl disaster, and in the next 2011 we will be separated from it for a quarter of a century. Republic Belarus, located between the Russian Federation and countries of the European Union, took over the main blow of Chernobyl. By the consequences of man-made nuclei disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in the modern society is usually compared with the Second world war. Half of the districts countries out of a total of 118 are affected the Chernobyl disaster, 21 of them are still among the most affected by its consequences.

В апреле 2010-го исполняется 24 года с момента чернобыльской катастрофы, а в следующем 2011 -м нас будет отделять от нее уже четверть века. Республика Беларусь, расположенная между Российской Федерацией и странами Европейского Союза, приняла на себя основной удар Чернобыля. Пострадало более 20 % территории, на которой проживало около четверти населения страны. С сожалением приходится констатировать, что общемировую известность Республика Беларусь получила в том числе в связи с этим трагическим событием. По своим последствиям техногенную ядер- ную катастрофу на ЧАЭС в современном обществе принято сравнивать со Второй мировой войной. Половина районов страны из общего количества в 118 затронуты чернобыльской катастрофой, 21 из них и сегодня относится к наиболее пострадавшим от ее последствий.Files
