The postirradiation effect of cystamine depending on the degree of chromatin condensation in cells

Description
It was shown on HeLa cells synchronized in mitosis and on rat liver hepatocytes in G0 stage that cysteamine administered after γ-irradiation produced the radioprotective effect which was not observed in hepatocytes in G1 stage
