Possibilities and climate-relevant effects of the material utilisation of carbon dioxide

Description

Energy transition and climate protection cause extensive changes in the German energy supply. In this context, there is an additional interest in the material utilization of carbon dioxide. The possible contributions to climate protection through material use of carbon dioxide for various products on an industrial scale are presented. Although, cultivation of algae is considered.

Abstract (German)

Die Energiewende und der Klimaschutz verursachen in der deutschen Energieversorgung umfangreiche Veränderungen. In diesem Zusammenhang entsteht zusätzlich ein Interesse an der stofflichen Nutzung von Kohlenstoffdioxid. Vorgestellt werden die möglichen Beiträge zum Klimaschutz durch eine stoffliche Nutzung von Kohlenstoffdioxid für verschiedene Produkte im technischen Maßstab. Die Kultivierung von Algen wird dabei berücksichtigt.
