The objectives of the reporting period include establishing a micro-culture technique for human lymphocytes; introducing the cytochalasin B method and fixation of cells with preservation of cytoplasm; proliferation kinetics of stimulated lymphocytes; radiation induced micronuclei in lymphocytes of healthy donors exposed in vitro and in lymphocytes exposed either in vivo or in vitro.
