Description

We consider a D-term inflation in supergravity theory in the framework of the braneworld cosmology. We show that we can eliminate the fine-tuning problem related to coupling constant λ and reduce the value of FI-term ξ in order to solve the problem of cosmic strings formation after inflation. This makes possible the calculation of all the perturbation spectrum parameters, which are in good agreement with WMAP7 data. (paper)
