Description

The chaotic dynamics of the chain of two unidirectional coupled backward generators on the basis of the backward wave tubes (BWT) is considered. The cases are studied, when the generator signal in the self-modulation mode (the periodical or chaotic one) impacts the generator, which in the autonomous case operates in the mode of the sufficiently deep periodical self-modulation. The evolution of the oscillations by the increase in the bond depth is studied. It is shown, that application of the chain of the bound BWTs makes it possible to significantly decrease the threshold of the transition to the wide-band chaotic oscillations with the sufficiently uniform one-piece spectrum (the so-called developed chaos), which is of interest for practical applications
