Description
We present new results from the Fermilab weak matrix-element project. The decay constants of heavy-light pseudoscalar mesons are calculated using the Fermilab formalism for heavy quarks and a tadpole-improved SW action for light quarks. Improvement allows the bottom quark to be simulated directly on the lattice removing the need for large extrapolations. The dependence on the lattice spacing is discussed for 5.7 ≤ β ≤ 6.1. (orig.)
