High energy neutron spectrometry with Bonner spheres

  • 1. University of Munich, Institute of Radiobiology, Muenchen (Germany)
  • 2. GSF - National Research Center for Environment and Health, Institute of Radiation Protection, Neuherberg (Germany)

Description

The impact of the additional high energy measuring channel on the unfolded neutron spectra is demonstrated on the high energy neutron spectra measured in CERN/EC Reference Fields and at the Zugspitze mountain. Spectral shapes are obtained without any structured a-priori information during the unfolding. (author)
