Renormalization of the staggered fermion weak hamiltonian
Description
We calculate the relation between the staggered fermion lattice and Pauli-Villars continuum formulations of four-fermi operators. The spin structures considered are those occurring in the weak hamiltonian under the operator product expansion. We treat both the discrete flavours appropriate to the use of pseudo-Goldstone bosons for mesons, and those resulting in operators on a single lattice site. (orig.)
