On the theory of the formation of the final charge state of Ar and Ne atoms scattered by surfaces of Ag and Pd polycrystals
- 1. Tashkent State Univ. (Uzbekistan). Dept. of Theoretical Physics
Description
The degree of ionization of Ag and Pd polycrystals bombarded by Ne+ and Ar+ ions has been calculated. Two methods for final charge state formation, the Auger effect and resonance neutralization, are considered. (author)
