Beam-beam performance and luminosity optimization at KEKB

  • 1. High Energy Accelerator Research Organization, Tsukuba, Ibaraki (Japan)

Description

The beam-beam performance of KEKB is summarized with an emphasis on methods of IP beam diagnostics and corrections which are important in double ring colliders. We also describe a method of parameter selection for luminosity optimization which is related to the beam-beam performance. (author)
