Description
The equations which determine the response of a charged particle moving in a uniform magnetic field to an incident gravitational wave are derived in the linearized approximation to general relativity. The response is best understood when it is expressed in terms of the intensity of the magnetic bremsstrahlung emitted, ehere effects due to the interaction with the gravitational wave are easily identified. We briefly discuss several applications of the derived formulae
