Description
Probability Safety Assessment (PSA) is a part of reactor safety analysis using statistical approach. Since the reactor has been operated for about more than 12 years there must be enough data available to study reliability of the reactor systems and components. In this research the calculation of failure rate and unavailability of systems and components has been performed. The analysis showed that components of secondary system were more sensitive to the failure than those of primary system. The stand by component failure rate was proportional with its failure during reactor operation
