Main results of vibration tests of the PO Turboatom K-100-60/1500-2 turbines
Description
The results of vibration tests of an updated option of the K-1000-6-/1500-2 turbine for NPPs with the WWER-1000 reactors are analysed. The turbine has four cylinders with bottom condenser position and is equipped with a shaft-turning device with 0.1-0.15 rpm rotation frequency. A conclusion is made that under continuous operation it is necessary to provide for steam generator operation under transitional regimes and low electric loads without excess or pulsation of wet-steam medium; to support the preset temperature regime of the condensing vapor in rotary end seals and to provide for a thermal clearance between the turbine unit base and servicing site
