Infrared absorption spectra of SeO42- and WO42- impurity anions in KCl and KBr crystals

Description

The structure of infrared absorption spectra of SeO42- and WO42- ions has been studied in KCl and KBr single crystals at an additional alloyage with Ca2+, Sr2+, Ba2+ cations. The effect of the type of Me2+ cations on the value of splitting of degenerated oscillations is considered, and spectra are identified in detail taking into account a possible isotope structure and the formation of complexes of various types with local ion symmetry. Made are temperature studies of parameters of some oscillation absorption bands of complexes formed in such alkali-haloid crystals
