Description
This paper reports on preliminary results from the SLAC experiment E140 which measured with high precision the ration of R = σL/σr for deep inelastic electron-deuteron and electron-iron scattering in the x, Q2 range of 0.2 ≤ x ≤ 0.5 and 1 ≤ Q2 ≤ 10 (GeV/c)2
