Diffusion boronizing of SiC and MoSi2

Description
The process of the silicon carbides and molybdenum silicides diffusion boronizing is studied. It is shown that ceramics boronizing from SiC and MoSi2 makes it possible to bind the admixture, which leads to increase in operational properties and improve mint of the nonmetallic materials properties
