Description

Modular design and construction technology is one of the important technologies for the third generation nuclear power project, which is mature in application and practice in many places. However, in China, its research and application in nuclear power project is still at an early stage. In order to satisfy the requirements of modular design in the research and application of modular technology of nuclear power project, based on CPR1000 project and PDMS, his paper presents the research on 3D modular design system which has been performed, the development of 3D modular design system which has provided a set of convenient and efficient 3D modular design tools for designers, as well as the exploration and determination of process and regulations for 3D modular design which have been confirmed in practical application. The establishment of 3D modular design technology has laid a foundation for nuclear power project which applies the modular design construction technology. (authors)
