Description

The purpose of data quality objective step 1 is to clearly and concisely state the problem to ensure that the focus of the study will be unambiguous. The primary objective of the In Situ Redox Manipulation project is to intercept and treat the 100-D Area chromium hot spot groundwater plume, preventing toxic levels of hexavalent chromium from reaching the Columbia River.
