Description

Nowadays the 67Ga (T1/2=78.255 h) is one of the most important radionuclides for medicine. The 67,66Ga yields depending on deuteron energy were measured for thick targets of enriched by 66,67,68Zn and natural zinc in the reactions: 66Zn(dn)67Ga (thresholdless one), 66Zn(d2n)66Ga (energy threshold of 8.43 MeV), 67Zn(d2n)67Ga (4.13 MeV), 67Zn(d3n)66Ga (15.7 MeV), 68Zn(d3n)67Ga (14.6 MeV). The yields for thick targets were measured for each reaction up to Ed ≅ 22 MeV. The yield of 67,66Ga was also measured for the natural zinc
