Composite fermions and bosons in ultracold gases and in high temperature superconductors

Description

One studied fb compound fermions and f↑f↓, b1b2 compound bosons in the Fermi-Bose gases and in the Fermi-Bose mixes with a resonance large amplitude of scattering. One has solved the integral equations for set of three and set of four in the 3D- and 2D-cases. One has calculated the amplitude of scattering of a molecule in a molecule, as well as, the bound energy states. One has plotted a phase diagram of of the resonance Fermi gas and in the Fermi-Bose mix. One introduces a new scenario for superconductivity within the HTSC-systems based on formation of a superconducting pair consisting of two composite holes containing both spinon and cholon in d-channels

Abstract (Russian)

Рассмотрены составные фермионы fb и составные бозоны f↑f↓, b1b2 в ферми-бозе-газах и ферми-бозе-смесях с резонансно большой амплитудой рассеяния. Решены интегральные уравнения для троек и четверок в 3D- и 2D-случаях. Вычислена амплитуда рассеяния молекулы на молекуле, а также энергии связанных состояний. Построена фазовая диаграмма резонансного ферми-газа и ферми-бозе-смеси. Предложен новый сценарий для сверхпроводимости в ВТСП-системах, основанный на образовании в d-канале сверхпроводящей пары из двух композитных дырок, каждая из которых содержит спинон и холон
